Scope of Application:

Energy-saving insulated glass is an energy-saving building material composed of two or more glass panes combined with high-strength sealant and aluminum spacer bars. A dry gas (air or argon) is usually filled between the glass panes.

Customers can select different types of glass as substrates according to energy-saving requirements, including ordinary transparent glass, tinted glass, heat-reflective coated glass, LOW-E glass, laminated glass, tempered glass, and curved glass.

It is widely used in curtain walls, doors and windows of various buildings, as well as indoor decorative partitions.

Main Performances:

1. Heat Insulation: As a glass product with excellent heat insulation performance, it is an ideal choice for achieving energy conservation and consumption reduction goals in the construction industry. Filling it with inert gas (argon) can further reduce the heat transfer coefficient.

2. Sound Insulation: It is an ideal noise reduction material. Ordinary insulated glass can reduce noise by approximately 30 decibels, and filling it with inert gas can further reduce noise by about 5 decibels on the original basis.

3. No Condensation at Low Temperatures: Since the spacer bars are filled with sufficient desiccant, it can effectively absorb water vapor in the inner cavity and that may penetrate from the outside, ensuring the air in the inner cavity is absolutely dry.

5. Optical Performance: Different types of substrate products can be flexibly combined as needed to achieve the required light transmittance and reflectance.

6. Light Weight: Under the condition of the same heat insulation effect, replacing part of the brick walls or concrete walls with insulated glass can reduce the building load and simplify the building structure.
